The West Indies and Nepal played against each other in the ODI World Cup qualifier two years ago.
A series of three T20 matches will be played between Nepal and West Indies cricket teams in Sharjah in September. This will be the first bilateral series between the two countries.
However, the match will be played on the neutral ground, Nepal will be the hosts of this series.
Cricket West Indies (CWI) described this series as an important step towards increasing cricket globally. These matches will be played on 27, 28 and 30 September. After this series, Nepal has to participate in the men’s T20 World Cup Asia qualifier this year.
