Virat kohli education: Virat Kohli was born on 5 November 1988 in a Punjabi family in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. His father Prem Kohli was a lawyer and mother Saroj Kohli is a housewife. Virat’s family consists of an elder brother Vikas Kohli and a sister Bhavna Kohli. Virat Kohli wrote his studies from Delhi. He completed he completed his studies from Vishal Bharti Public School, West Vihar in Delhi, but his real passion was cricket. From childhood, he used to play street cricket and his father decided to get him training in cricket in view of his hobby.
Training started at the age of 9 years
Virat Kohli used to play with a plastic bat at the age of three in childhood and his father was like his first coach. Seeing his attachment to cricket, his father admitted him to the West Delhi Cricket Academy at the age of 9. He got up early in the morning and trained and practiced till late night. Where his coach Rajkumar Sharma taught him the nuances of cricket. Virat became so busy playing cricket that he studied only till 12th, after that he gave up studies for cricket. A media report said that Virat decided to quit his studies when he had made his place in Delhi’s junior teams. After passing the 10th standard, he continued to study till 12th, but due to cricket practice and tournaments he could not give much time in school. Celebration in 2002 under 14
Virat Kohli’s luck took a turn when he got selected in the under-14 team of Delhi at the age of 14 in 2002, during which his batting soon got him a place in the under-16 and under-19 teams. India won under his captaincy in the Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia in 2008, after which the BCCI gave him a chance in the senior team. Virat made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka in August 2008. Father’s missed in 2006

Virat married Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma on 11 December 2017. Her daughter Vamika was born in 2021 and in 2024, her son Akay was born.
