Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 has received the new champion. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated Punjab Kings by 6 runs and won the 18th season title. RCB has won the IPL title for the first time, while Punjab’s wait to win the trophy has increased.
Krunal Pandya’s game changer was in the final played on Tuesday at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. He took 2 wickets for 17 runs in 4 overs of his spell. He was adjudged Player of the Final.
On winning the title, RCB got a prize money of Rs 20 crore with the gleaming trophy. While the runner-up PBKs had to be satisfied with Rs 12.5 crore. Mumbai Indians, who finished third and Gujarat Titans got Rs 7.50 crore.
Sai Sudarshan of Gujarat, who scored the highest 759 runs in the season, was given Orange Cap, while the highest 25 wickets, the famous Krishna, got a purple cap. 14 -year -old Vaibhav Suryavanshi Super Striker of Season was elected.

The highest individual awards were received by Gujarat opener Sai Sudarshan. Apart from the Orange Cap, he was also awarded the ultimate fantasy player of season, Emerging Player of the season and Most Four. Suryakumar Yadav of Mumbai was the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.
Apart from these, the Most Six Hitter Award was given to Nicholas Puran, Green Dot Ball Award to Mohammad Siraj and Best Fielder Award to Kamindu Mendis.
