New Delhi: After showing a bang game in the Indian Premier League, now the youth in Team India are ready to knock. Former Indian batter Robin Uthappa believes that three unaccounted explosive young players can make it to the T20 World Cup team next year. India won the trophy under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma in 2024 and announced his retirement from this format. Virat Kohli has also said goodbye to T20 after winning the World Cup. Under the captaincy of Suryakumar, India will go to the next World Cup to save the title.

India won the first T20 World Cup title organized by ICC in 2007. After this, in 2024, the country got this happiness again. Uthappa, who was part of the first trophy winning team, feels that three explosive youth Priyansh Arya, Prabhasimran Singh and Vaibhav Suryavanshi have joined the race to make a place in the team of India for the T20 World Cup to be held in the house next year. The name of these three will definitely be done at the time of Team Selection.

Punjab Kings opening pair Priyansan and Prabhasimran caught everyone’s attention with their fearless and aggressive batting throughout the tournament. The 14 -year -old Vaibhav Suryavanshi with him was forced to think of everyone with a bang innings by opening for Rajasthan Royals. The emergence of these young talent has made it difficult for the team selection for the selectors. They are trying to finalize their top order for next year’s leading tournament. Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal have been out of T20 setup for the last one year. In his absence, Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson have formed a new and successful opening partnership.

Uthappa said, “Priyesh Arya, Prabhasimran Singh, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, all of them will definitely be in the race for the World Cup place. It is about to detect the best 15 -member team using the remaining T20 before the tournament. You already have Shubman Gill, Sai Sudarshan and Yashaswi Jaiswal, who are already in T20 and can also succeed in T20s”

Prabhasimran scored an average of 32.29 in 17 matches and 549 runs at a strike rate of over 160. He scored four half -centuries and was the best 91 runs.
