New Delhi. RCB lost in the match played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), thanks to the unbeaten 94 -run innings of Dhakad batsman Ishan Kishan, scored a big score of 231 runs for six wickets against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Friday in the Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 match, which was chased by RCB 189 runs.
Kishan missed out on completing the century by six runs but made a big score to the team by hitting seven fours and five sixes in his unbeaten innings of 48 balls. Abhishek Sharma (34 off 17 balls), Henrich Klassen (24 off 13 balls), Aniket Verma (26 runs in nine balls) and Travis Head (17 runs in 10 balls) put pressure on the RCBs of RCBs.
In the IPL, the team was taken to the playoffs, hit more than 400 runs, yet the selectors are not happy? There will be no chance in Team India!
For RCB, Romario Shepherd took two wickets for 14 runs in two overs while Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Lungi Engidi, Suyash Sharma and Krunal Pandya got one success each. RCB’s team, which came out to chase the goal of the run, could only score the run. The opening partnership was going on spectacular but after Virat Kohli was dismissed, everything was shattered.
Virat Kohli was dismissed for 43 runs in 25 balls. Philip Soult, who came to open with him, hit a brilliant half -century. He scored 62 runs in 32 balls. Among other batsmen, Mayank Agarwal scored 11, Rajat Patidar scored 18 runs and lost the match by 42 runs. Captain Pat Cummins took 3 wickets for Hyderabad. If RCB won this match, he would have reached number one but he would remain second in the point table.
