New Delhi. Amid the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan, the BCCI has decided to postpone the Indian Premier League 2025 at the moment. Former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has clearly stated in this case that Pakistan will have to kneel in front of India. As far as the IPL is concerned, this decision is absolutely correct but we will see it again again.
Former Indian captain and former BCCI president has reacted to the suspension of the Indian Premier League 2025. The tournament has been stopped in between due to increasing tension between India and Pakistan after Operation Sindoor. On Thursday, the match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was stopped in the middle due to security reasons. The next day the event was suspended for seven days. Ganguly expressed confidence in BCCI and said that the board will complete the tournament.
Ganguly told ANI, “It was right to do in this situation, so many players play in this tournament. If so many foreign players are included, then the BCCI had to take the same decision. We will hopes that IPL FIR starts. The BCCI will definitely complete the IPL.”
