New Delhi: Bangladesh has appointed former Australian fast bowler Sean Tat as its new fast bowling coach. Tat has signed the contract till November and will get tangled with the Bangladeshi team at the end of this month. He replaced Andre Adams, whose contract has recently ended.
Coaching of many teams including Pakistan
Tat had previously been the bowling coaches of Pakistan, West Indies (Test team) and Afghanistan. He was also the head coach of Chittagong Kings in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2025. He also played coaching roles with teams in Big Bash League (BBL), Pakistan Super League (PSL), Lanka Premier League (LPL) and English County cricket.

Tat is eager to work with Bangladesh head coach Phil Simmons. Tat said about his appointment, ‘It is a good time to join Bangladesh cricket team right now, if you want it is like a new era.

Shaun Tat will get a chance to work with Nahid Rana, Taskin Ahmed, Shorbul Islam, Hasan Mahmood and others.
