New Delhi. Rohit Sharma is ready to captain the captaincy of Team India on the upcoming England tour. BCCI has shortlisted the names of about 35 players for this tour. After the defeat in the Border Gavaskar series against Australia, there was some speculation about Rohit’s situation. But it is expected that he will remain captain. The report also claimed that the selectors are looking for a permanent middle -order batsman who can play at number 5 or 6. Karun Nair and Devdutt Padikkal are at the forefront of this race.
