Former captain Babar Azam did not get a chance in the T20 series played against New Zealand in March.
Pakistan has announced 16 members squads for the T20 series against Bangladesh. Former captains Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Shaheen Shah Afridi have not got a place in it.
Batsman Salman Ali will remain Agha captain, while all -rounder Shadab Khan will be vice -captain. The series will be the first series during the tenure of head coach Mike Hessen.
According to the ICC, the series schedule will be announced in the coming days.
