New Delhi. Babar Azam has chosen the T20 World XI team. Surprisingly, Virat Kohli and Jaspreet Bumrah are not named in this team of Babur. Babur has given place to two players of India, which includes Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav. He chose Rohit as an opener with Mohammad Rizwan, while Suryakumar Yadav has been placed as the fourth batsman. Rohit, who won the T20 World Cup title last year, is the highest match -scorer in T20 International and scoring the most runs. He played 159 T20 International matches for Team India in his 17 -year career and scored 4231 runs with the help of 5 centuries and 32 half -centuries.
Babar Azam selected the team during podcast on Jalmi TV. Suryakumar Yadav has played 83 T20 matches so far and has 2598 runs. Mumbai’s right -handed batsman was made the T20 captain of India in July 2024. In his own world XI for T20, in addition to Rizwan, Babur included Fakhar Zaman as the number 3 batsman. And chose former England white-ball captain Jose Butler as the number 5 batsman. David Miller and Marco Jenson of South Africa have been included as number 6 and 7 batsmen, while Rashid Khan was the only spinner.

Babar Azam included Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Mark Wood as three fast bowlers in his World XI team. Recently, Babar Azam was trolled online by England all -rounder Sam Billings playing in PSL.
