Rules broke for the third time in the season
For the third time in the season, Level 1 violation (Article 2.5) has been broken by Digvesh, due to which he has got two demerit marks. Earlier, he got a demerit point against Punjab Kings on 1 April 2025 and two demerit points against Mumbai Indians on 4 April 2025. Now he has a total of five demerit points, resulting in a match suspended for a match. Digvesh will no longer play in the next match of LSG against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on 22 May 2025. The decision of the match referee for level 1 violation is final and binding. At the same time, Sunrisers Hyderabad all -rounder Abhishek Sharma has also been fined 25 percent of his match fee for violation of IPL Code of Conduct during the same match.
