A 5 -match T20 series will be played between the women’s cricket teams of India and England. The first T20 match of the series will be played on 28 June. England have announced a 14 -member squad for this series.

New Delhi. India’s Mains and Women’s team will be seen doing two hands with the hosts in England this month. The Indian team, captained by Shubman Gill, will play the 5 -match Test series, while the women’s team will try hard in the T20 series. The England women’s team announced a 14 -member team on Friday for the five -match T20 series against India starting on 28 June. In which the left -handed veteran spinner Sophie Eclastone has returned.

The Indian women’s team will also play a three -match ODI series after the T20 series on this tour of England. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said in a release, “Eklestone is returning to the team that has won a 3–0 win against the West Indies led by the new captain Nate Sear-Brant and Coach Charlotte Edwards.” Twenty -six -year -old Eclestone took a brief rest from the game to manage his overall health as well as recovering from injury.

The first T20 match between India and England will be played at Trent Bridge on 28 June, while the second match will be held in Bristol on July 1. The third T20 match will be played at the Oval on July 4, while the fourth and fifth matches will be played in Old Trafford and Edgbaston on July 9 and 12 respectively.
