Delhi Capitals were to score 25 runs to win in the last over, but KKR’s pacer Andre Russell gave only 10 runs. The innings of 38 runs in 19 balls of Vipraj Nigam went in vain. This is Kolkata’s fourth win in 10 matches while Delhi Capitals defeat the fourth defeat in 10 matches.
Sunil Naren remains the hero of victory
In the high scoring match played at Arun Jaitley Stadium, KKR lost 204 runs after losing nine wickets while losing the toss.
