Intercontinental Legends Championship: & Nbsp; Former Indian cricketers Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan and former Sri Lankan opener Tilakaratne Dilshan will be seen playing in the intercontinental legends championship (ILC). The tournament will start from May 27 at Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex of Greater Noida. Its final match will be held on 5 June.

Former cricketers from all over the world will participate in this competition. These include New Zealand’s Martin Guptill and former Afghan captain Asghar Afghan.

Apart from this, there will be five more teams, including African Lions, Trans Titans (Australia and New Zealand team), Euro Gladiators, American Strikers and Asian Avengers. According to the name of the tournament, these six teams will represent six different continents.

ILC director Gaurav Kamal said, "These great players have been thrilling us for years, and now they are returning to show fire on the field again. This tournament is a medium for honoring his contribution and celebration of cricket, which connects the whole world. In this competition, the teams representing six continents will play among themselves which actually establish it as a global cricket competition."

Manish Bhatt, another director of ILC, said, "We are eagerly waiting when Shikhar Dhawan’s attractive batting and Suresh Raina’s sharp shots will appear together in the field. Their pair will make every match exciting and inspire the new generation."

6 teams from 6 continents, and a total of 18 matches in this competition. Intercontinental Legends Championship promises to take the thrill of cricket to a new level.
