England and Wales Cricket Board has banned the players from playing in women’s cricket matches. England’s Football Association has also taken a similar decision.

London. Transgender cricketers have shocked transgender cricketers with a decision by England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). ECB has banned ‘transgender’ players from playing women and girls from playing cricket matches. ECB has imposed this ban on transgender cricketers after the decision of the court. England’s Football Association (FA) has also taken a similar decision. The ECB took this decision within 24 hours of the FA doing so.
The ECB on Friday issued an official statement on this decision related to transgender cricketers. The statement said that the ‘transgender’ is changing its rules on the eligibility of the cricketers following the law updated after the ‘Supreme Court’ decision in the ECB recently. Under this change, it is being clarified that ‘transgender’ is not included in the legal definition of women.
The ECB’s statement said, ‘With immediate effect, only those players will be eligible to play women cricket and girls’ cricket matches whose biological sex (gender), woman. ‘Transgender’ women and girls can continue to play in open and mixed cricket. The ECB said that the court’s decision has inspired her to make new rules for women and girls cricket.
This decision of ECB is going to suffer direct loss to players like Anaya Bangar. Anaya was Aryan Bangar till a few days ago. Now they have become anaya by changing the gender. Anaya has played an edge group matches with cricketers like Sarfaraz Khan’s brother Musheer Khan in Mumbai before conducting a gender test.
