Jamie overton joins England’s squad
New Delhi: The England cricket team has made a big change in their squad for the Test series starting on June 20 against India. After the fast bowler Gas Etkinson was engaged, his Sarre’s teammate Jamie Overton has got a place in the team for the first Test. Atkinson is troubled by Hamstring injury.
England initially believed that Atkinson would recover from time to time for the first Test, but when the British had the seam options, they had to go to Overton in compulsion. It is necessary to mention here that both Mark Wood and Oli Stone are already out of the series due to knee injury, while Jofra Archer is struggling with thumb problems and will not fit for the match at least till the second Test.
